Q. How soon should we book the session?
A. As soon as you can. Pre-weddings are usually shot close to the wedding seasons. As a result, we get high volume of requests from our prospective clients. So please check our availability and book at the earliest.

Q. How many hours is the pre-wedding session?
A. Although a session is of six hours, we understand that both of us need to take a break in between shoots for rest, food, dress change etc. We allow full day to shoot from morning to evening. In case you are planning for a night shoot, the schedule will shift accordingly.

Q. How many costumes can we bring for the shoot? Do you provide rentals?
A. You can have 3-4 costumes varying from ethnic, casuals, westerns etc. We have arrangement for changing costumes on location. We do provide designer gowns for bride to be at a nominal charge.

Q. How many photos do you take? 
A. We provide around 20-35 edited pics of your choice based on your package. However, we take around 300-400 pics on any session depending on the flow and requirement. All the images taken will be sent to you digitally and you may select the photos of your choice and send us the file numbers for further editing. 

Q. Do you shoot videos? Is drone included? Are the videos in 4K?
A. Yes, we do. We have a seasoned cinematographer who specializes in cinematic music videos and drone footages. Drone is included in the package. We can provide you with both HD and the 4K version based on your preference.

Q. What is the length of the video?
A. The pre-wedding video typically is of 3-5 minutes depending upon the choice of your song. If the song is a mashup, it should not exceed 5 minutes.

Q. How many locations will the shoot be at?
A. We shoot at multiple locations ranging from 3-4. We can suggest locations but if you have any preferred location, we can have the shoot there too. We recommend having all the locations in close proximity to each other so that we don't waste a lot of time in travelling.

Q. What about transportation and food?
A. Our photography package excludes any travel or food charge. We can arrange a cab for the whole day which will pick you up from your location and drop you back after the shoot. The same cab will take us to different locations for the shoot. Lunch is paid by our client for the team and the cab driver. Cab charges have to be paid by the client directly to the cab vendor.

Q. How many people are in the crew? 
A. We like to keep the crew small so that it's easy to coordinate and it's not an extra financial burden to the client. We can increase the number of photographers and cinematographers if you insist, but per person charge will also be added to the bill. 

Q. Do you provide makeup? 
A. We can recommend make-up artists to you. Hiring them and negotiating with them is on your discretion.

Q. Can we bring our family to the shoot?
A. We highly discourage that. Pre-weddings shoot is an intimate moment. To assure that you stay comfortable with all the poses throughout the shoot, it's advisable to come alone to the shoot or at most, be accompanied by only one member to the shoot. We won't be taking any picture or video of the accompanying person.

Q. How soon can we get the files?
A. Basic edited images for selection are sent in 2-3 days' time. Once the selection is done and we receive the file numbers, it will take another 2 weeks for the final images. You won't like hurriedly edited pics, will you? The video is usually sent in a month's time from the day of the shoot. We try to deliver earlier. Please book your shoot well in advance.

Q. What are the payment schedule? How should I pay?
A. We take 50% of the amount while booking the session and the remaining balance has to be paid at the end of the shoot. We will only be able to provide you with the basic edited images once we receive the full and final payment.

All the payments can be conveniently made through UPI. We will send you a confirmation mail with all the shoot details once the booking amount is transferred.
