When should we book the session?

We recommend scheduling your cake smash or pre-birthday session at least 2–3 weeks before your child’s birthday. This allows adequate time for image selection, professional editing, and video delivery before the celebration.

How long does the session take?

Depending on the collection selected, sessions may range from 1–6 hours. We keep the experience relaxed and child-friendly, allowing enough time for breaks, feeding, outfit changes, and comfort.

How many outfits can we bring? Do you provide costumes?

The number of outfits depends on your selected collection. Most sessions include multiple looks ranging from ethnic, casual, western, and themed outfits. Parents are welcome to bring their own costumes, and selected studio outfits may also be available depending on the setup and theme.

How many photographs will we receive?

The number of professionally edited images depends on the collection selected. During the session, we capture a large variety of moments, poses, and expressions. All unedited images will be shared digitally for selection, and you may choose your preferred images for final editing.

Do you offer cinematic videos?

Yes. Selected collections include short cinematic reels, while full-length cinematic films can be arranged as an additional service.

Where will the session take place?

Most indoor sessions are conducted at our studio in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam. Outdoor sessions can be arranged at the beach and nearby locations depending on the selected collection. Home sessions may also be arranged upon request if sufficient uncluttered space is available for lighting and setup.

How large is the crew during the session?

We prefer keeping our team compact and coordinated to ensure a comfortable experience for both parents and children. Additional photographers or cinematographers can be arranged if required.

Can family members join the session?

Kids sessions generally include the child, parents, and siblings. Extended family portraits can be arranged as an additional family session. For birthday event coverage, family members and guests can be accommodated comfortably.

How soon will we receive the photographs and videos?

Unedited preview images for selection are usually shared within 2–3 days after the session. Final edited photographs are delivered within approximately 2 weeks after receiving your selections. Cinematic videos are typically delivered within 3–4 weeks depending on the complexity of the project.

Do you provide albums and prints?

Yes. We offer premium-quality albums and prints through our professional print partner, Canvera. Multiple album styles and sizes are available depending on your preference.

​

What is the payment process?

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the session. Final edited photographs and videos are delivered after completion of full payment.

Payments can be made conveniently through UPI or bank transfer. A booking confirmation with session details will be shared once the advance payment is received.

Can we pay after receiving the album?

Albums and prints are custom-made separately through our print partner and are not included in the standard collections. Since printing orders require advance processing, full payment must be completed before album production begins.
