How do we book a portrait session?

The quickest way to secure your session is to message us directly on WhatsApp at +91 8019432477. We will guide you through scheduling availability, conceptual styling, and wardrobe planning.

How many people can join a family portrait session?

You are welcome to bring up to 5 family members to participate in the session. For larger multi-generational family reunions, please connect with us for custom scheduling.

Where is your studio located?

Our fully equipped, private, air-conditioned studio is located in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam (Vizag). Exact directional details and arrival guidelines are shared immediately upon booking confirmation.

Do you provide makeup and wardrobe services?

While hair, makeup, and wardrobe are not explicitly included in our collections, we provide a comprehensive styling guide prior to your shoot. We also work closely with exceptional professional makeup artists whom we can recommend and coordinate with for your session.

How soon will we receive our finished photographs?

Watermarked preview images for your selection are shared via a private digital gallery within 2–3 days after the shoot. Your final, meticulously hand-edited, high-resolution portraits will be delivered within approximately 2 weeks after you submit your final selection.

​

What is your payment and cancellation policy?

We require a 50% advance payment to confirm and secure your calendar date. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your photo shoot session. Retainers are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date with 48 hours' notice.

Can grandparents be included?

Absolutely. Multi-generational family portraits are among the most meaningful sessions we create.

How long does a family session take?

Most sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes depending on family size and requirements.

​

What if my children are shy or energetic?

That's completely normal. We create a relaxed environment and work patiently to capture authentic expressions and interactions.
