From Ignorance To Knowledge

Updated: May 12, 2021

In this series, we have aimed at a graphical representation of a mind's transformation from the state of ignorance, closed-mindedness, pride, vanity to knowledge, light, humility and enlightenment. Follow along our journey.

"The stupid intellect man who stubbornly stops all the senses from above and keeps thinking about the subjects of those senses from the mind is called falseness i.e. the humour."

Bhagwat Geeta

We let our judgment gets clouded by attaching prejudice, ignorance, and arrogance, to say the least, to it. We tend to hate and fear things we don't fully understand. We get so engrossed in the false world we have created for ourselves that we don't let anything cross the boundaries easily.

In this series, we have tried to depict the transformation from a mind that's clouded by a preconceived judgment to a mind that's open and welcoming.

Holding pleasure and pain, gain and loss, victory and defeat as alike, gird yourself up for the battle. Thus, you shall not incur any sin.

Pride, arrogance, vanity isn't the traits of a learned. A learned head is a humble one.

From anger there comes delusion; from delusion, the loss of memory; from the loss of memory,

the destruction of discrimination; and with the destruction of discrimination, he is lost.

A closed, biased, and prejudiced mind is a dangerous one.

Light dispels darkness and learning dispels ignorance. Being equipped with knowledge and learning is the only set of tools one requires to move away from ignorance, arrogance, and every other evil. Let's move towards the light, towards wisdom and hope.

"The senses are superior to the gross body, and superior to the senses is the mind.

Beyond the mind is the intellect, and even beyond the intellect is the soul."

Once knowledge dispels away the ignorance, your mind and soul start getting cleansed. Every ounce of arrogance, pride, vanity fades.

Ending the series with positivity.

When the clouds of ignorance, pride, prejudice slowly fades away, the mind starts getting a clearer, broader vision. Not only it cleanses an individual, but the light of knowledge radiates to society as a whole. It touches the environment with positivity and hope. It has the power to change cultures, traditions, and the entire course of history.
