Q. How can I book a session?

Q. How many hours is the session?
A. We have multiple session options. We provide 2,4 and 6 hours session. For solo portraits, you can select a 2 hour session and for family/ group session you may select the 6 hours slot. Please keep in mind that in 2 hours slot, only 10 edited images are provided. If you are planning for more number of images and with multiple costumes, you may opt for the other two packages.
Q. How many costumes can we bring for the shoot? Do you provide rentals?
A. Depending upon the package you have selected, you may bring upto 4 costumes in the session. Our basic package has only one costume change allowed. We do provide gowns for the ladies but they are available as rentals in the basic and intermediate package. They however are provided as a complementary in our six hour package.
Q. How many photos do you take?
A. Our basic two hour session has up to 10 edited images. The intermediate package has up to 20 images and our Signature package has up to 30 edited images. A preview of all the pics taken will be shared with you and you can select the best ones for the edit. Please note: unedited images are not part of the package so only a basic preview will be shared.
Q. What is the length of the complimentary video?
A. We provide a short cinematic video (2-3 minutes) as a complimentary with our signature package. You are paying for additional 10 images when you are opting for the Signature Package. Complementary video and gowns are gifts and no modification will be done to them.
Q. How many locations will the shoot be at?
A. The Timeless Series is shot indoors at our studio, outdoors or both based on your preference.
Q. Do you provide makeup?
A. We can recommend make-up artists to you. Hiring them and negotiating with them is on your discretion.
Q. Can we bring our family to the shoot?
A. The Timeless Series is aimed at both solo portraits and groups. This means you can have up to 5 people at the shoot.
Q. How soon can we get the files?
A. Preview images for selection are send in 2-3 days time. Once the selection is done and we receive the file numbers, it will take another 2 weeks for the final images. You won't like hurriedly edited pics, will you? The video is usually send in a month's time from the day of the shoot. We try to deliver as soon as we can.
Q. What are the payment schedule? How should I pay?
A. We take 50% of the amount while booking the session and the remaining balance has to be paid at the end of the shoot. In case of basic package, full amount is to be paid in advance. We will only be able to provide you with the preview images once we receive the full and final payment.
All the payments can be conveniently made through UPI. We will send you a confirmation mail with all the shoot details once the booking amount is transferred.
